  9. VIB is indeed a "Visual Interface Builder".  It's part of the Icon Program
  10. Library, under ...ipl/gpacks/vib.  The version used by the class, with a
  11. 3-D appearance, will be included in the planned release of Icon 9.1 this
  12. fall.  The latest documentation can be found as a compressed PostScript
  13. file at
